Job Evaluator
We are currently looking for an experienced Job Evaluator to conduct job evaluations of all jobs across our client's organisation for an undergoing Pay and Reward Project.
Responsibilities -
- Conduct effective job evaluation meetings, in a professional manner with the parties concerned to gather accurate detailed information for analysis of jobs using the software as required.
- Verify and collate job details with Line Managers, Corporate Managers, and employees in accordance with the agreed process.
- Derive information from agreed sources for evaluation, conduct further fact finding/investigation as necessary.
- Maintain the computerised database in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
- Produce reports for Pay and Reward Lead as required.
- To support the Pay and Reward Lead in the analysis of jobs, evaluation outcomes and any potential reevaluations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities required by Pay and Reward Lead.
Requirements
- Experience within a similar role
- CIPD level
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using job evaluation softwares

Temporary (3 months+)
Location:
Ipswich
**Hours: Monday
- Friday 37 hours per week**
Salary: Dependant on experience
