Salary:
Up to £44,230 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver allocated tasks, monitoring their own quality, performance and output
- Participate in team discussions and complying with agreed and required Instructional and Course Design processes
- Compliance and coherence with the plan, schedule and supporting media components.
- Compliance with the project style guide and use of any directed course content generation tools (e.g. StoryLine 3)
- Liaise with team members and internal stakeholders, and external stakholders as required
- Respond to any governance activities as required
- Comply with business requirements relating to (attendance, time keeping and reporting, expenses incurred, professional behaviours, security and commercial considerations)
- Take the output of the analysis and the initial design work and develop training courses using software packages to generate content that can form part of course / acceptance of those courses
Your skills and experiences:
- Instructional Design experience or analytical qualification (degree level)
- Experience and knowledge of ADDIE models e.g. S6000T, DSAT
- Experience or ability to articulate and present structured cases for training
- Experience of handling large amounts of complex data
- Royal Navy or Military background
- Desirable
