Solutions Architect - WMS Integration & Optimisation

3-6 months contract - £650/day

Growing FMCG - Clapham, London - Hybrid (3-4 days in office)

Continuing to support my client, who are moving towards a go live date for a new warehouse in Basingstoke, I am looking for a Solutions Architect with Supply Chain/Warehousing technology experience.

You will assess current software capabilities, mappingout architecture with all inputs, outputs, and middleware, advising external supplier on the requirements to ensure a robust, workable, and integrated system.

What you'll do:

The solutions architect will create E2E visibility and documentation for WMS architecture included bonded warehousing software.
Ensure integration between WMS, ERP and bonded software is seamless and that full system works together to perform all business needs across order process to fulfilment and shipment.
Build a relationship with third party supplier to ensure software is fully useable and functional across the entire process.

Who you'll be:

Experienced Solutions Architect with demonstrable working knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing environment working with ERP and WMS systems (the company uses NAV).
Strong business analytics skills and gap analysis ability, able to translate business needs into software usage.
Bonded Warehouse (Descartes) systems experience would be ideal.
