Description

You will be working back of house in our kitchens with our Head Chef, you will be making sure that the kitchen is clean, tidy and well organised as everyone knows a great kitchen is organised from the ground up, this will include the up keep of health and safety procedures, cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting the head chef with stock control, rotation and some preparation of food to ensure our standards are meet at all times.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Service is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for those that can make a positive contribution to the overall experience.

We welcome applicants who take pride in their work, have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent communication skills.

• At least 1 years' experience working as a Kitchen Porter, General Catering Assistant, Cleaner
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or higher level)
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Health & Safety awareness
• The ability to work unsociable hours
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with a flexible proactive approach
• Committed to high standards
• A happy, positive individual with a cando approach

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

Catering Qualification's

• Manual Handling experience
