People & Studio Co-ordinator
Salary - £20,000 - £25,000
Are you an approachable person with a passion for creativity and a knack for organisation? Do you have an interest in HR and a good grasp on numbers? We're on the hunt for a People & Studio Coordinator to join the team at Halo.
The People & Studio Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day of the studio and will undertake both HR & financial administration tasks.
Each day will look different, from booking and organising accommodation and travel, to coordinating employee surveys, to organising Halo events and looking after a whole heap of financial administration tasks.
This role will cover:
- Administrative & Financial Support
- Financial Administration
- Employee Engagement & Wellness
- Studio Coordination (supplies, travel, health & safety etc.)
- Recruitment Support & Onboarding
- Training, Development & Compliance
We're open to this role being part time, however as a minimum we would be looking for 3 days, with the majority of this time being in the studio, on the ground supporting both our Operations Director as well as our Finance Manager.
Who we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant HR / office coordinator roles
- Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations would be ideal.
- An understanding of the creative process is a benefit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
