Based in Sheffield, the SME division builds and sells software to help SMEs in managing their staff. Myhrtoolkit is an online HR system, designed to help SME businesses manage their core HR functions. iLearn SME is our brand-new e-learning platform.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Manager to join our fast moving sales team - predominantly working within our Healthcare and SME sectors.

We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic team member with outbound and proactive sales experience, used to high activity levels and working in a variety of channels.

Strong people skills are essential, along with proficiency in articulating information to nontechnical users.

If you are a customer orientated sales professional with strong sales and customer facing experience and ideally experience of consultative selling SaaS software, then we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role, based in Sheffield with an optional hybrid working pattern.
