Description
The successful applicant will work with Dr Laura Anselmi, Senior Research Fellow in Health Economics, Prof. Matt Sutton and colleagues across NIHR ARC-GM, as well as local stakeholders if and when required.You will be based in the Health Organisation, Policy and Economics (HOPE) research group in the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research & Primary Care within the School of Health Sciences.
This is a full-time post.You will need a Master's degree (or equivalent) in economics or similar discipline with a substantial quantitative element.
You will also need to demonstrate understanding of micro-econometric techniques and experience of managing and analysing complex survey and/or administrative data.
Knowledge of the English health and social care systems and methods to measure inequalities are desirable.
