HR Business Partner EMEA - fluent French - Frimley based - ( hybrid, 2 days a week in the office )
Salary £55,000 -£65,000 + benefits

We have an exciting new role within the EMEA HR team as a Business Partner for a fluent French speaker.

This role with be based in the European HQ in Frimley, working a hybrid role, 2 days in the office.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner, CIPDqualified or equivalent and with knowledge of the French employment law.
This role will also cover Southern Europe and Germany, any additional language abilities would be a distinct advantage.

The purpose of this position is to provide advice, guidance and support to employees and all levels of management, on HR related employment matters and activities at the Sales & Marketing, European Headquarters and assigned countries.

The incumbent will ensureconsistency of practice and policy is adhered to and implemented, and will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales & Marketing functions

The incumbent will also support the HR Director, Commercial, EMEA and wider HR team, in the development, consultation and implementation of HR policies for assigned locations and countries.

This position will also support the roll-out of key global and divisionalprojects across EMEA.
University Degree, plus CIPD (or equivalent local HR professional body).
Ideally qualified to Level B in Psychometric testing.
5-7 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary HR environment
Effective, leadership, project management negotiations skills
Working practice, specific education (workshops/training) and coaching.
Engaging communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
Knowledge of Employee Relations and legislation
Proven experience of European employment frameworks. Work ing knowledge of other EMEA employment countries will be advantageous,
Annual workshops and training on several (legal) aspects.
Business English is essential, as well as high fluency in business French and any other languages such as German or Spanish
