Our Racing Studio - responsible for the CSR Racing franchise and the #1 Racing Game on Mobile CSR- is one of the most ambitious, successful, and creatively inclusive studios in the UK.

We are seeking a Vehicle Licensing Specialist to join the Racing studio to support vehicle licensing on the popular CSR Racing franchise, as we continue to grow.


You will be pivotal in bringing the exciting content from our key partners and the 70+ car manufacturers and 450+ aftermarket manufacturers that we work with.

The success of CSR has led to many partnerships including being an official partner to Automobile Lamborghini and countless exclusives, partnering with the world's most famous car brands; including Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren, Bugatti, Pagani and more.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Vehicle Licensing: Working with over 500 of the world's leading automotive brands you will support the Vehicle Licensing Manager in the licensing process. This will include reaching out to new licensors to add to our portfolio, maintaining the existing portfolio of Licensors, contract drafting as well as managing data requests between Licensors and the internal development team and obtaining preapprovals where required. We work with businesses from all around the world and from time to time the team will travel to licensors and trade shows.
  • Vehicle Reference: Requesting and distribution of data required for ingame car production from Licensors to the CSR Racing vehicle team. This will include 3D CAD data, 2D Vector graphics, photo references, brand guidelines and technical data. This may also include organising photo shoots globally.
  • External Communication: CSR Racing is a live operating game continually adding new content and you will be comfortable communicating with licensors in this capacity representing the franchise daily to requesting vehicle data for model development and arranging reference shoots.
  • Team Collaboration: As part of the Licensing & Partnerships team you will work collaboratively with mínimal supervision supporting vehicle licensing for the CSR Racing franchise checking in with the Vehicle Licensing Manager as necessary. From time to time, you will also support other team members and share some duties where appropriate across titles. This role will work closely with the Vehicle Team and be their bridge to licensors to communicate any requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to manage a large number of brands and be on point
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience to identify potential licensing issues
  • Experience in assisting with contracts and contracts management
  • Our teams and partners will expect you to demonstrate real passion for what you do and for our continued success

Desirable Skills & Experience:


  • Experience working in licensing and partnerships
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop
  • An interest in cars and gaming
