Salary £21,527.46

12 Month Fixed Term - full time 37 hours per week.

Working hours alternate weekly between 8.30am - 4.30pm and 9am - 5pm.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will accept and resolve queries from TRH residents and other stakeholders, relating to all aspects of the many services TRH provides.


This will include residents reporting repairs and making rent payments and enquiries, as well as a full range of tenancy management, housing and maintenance queries.


Every query and request will be recorded through the company's IT systems and processed in line with established policies and procedures.

Excellent IT literacy, data inputting accuracy and the ability to multi-task under pressure are essential. This willideally include the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also be required to carry out related administrative duties.
