Main Accountabilities:


Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment process end to end for all retail vacancies
  • Track key metrics, time to hire, cost per hire and proactively share insights with Management
  • Continuously coach the Retail Sales Managers to ensure quality of interview process
  • Work with the HR Director to develop a consistent recruitment and selection process and materials
  • Identify opportunities to find the best talent to join the team
  • Create succession plans to identify internal talent and ensure development of Retail employees

Development
Work with Regional Sales Managers to understand the people development needs of their teams.

Build a tracker to capture the information and work with the HR Director to source appropriate external training or develop workshops that can be delivered in house.


Employee Relations - Work with the Retail Sales Managers to manage all employee relations issues within the retail teams; Including: Investigations, Disciplinaries, Redundancy,


Manage the full end to end employment lifecycle

Payroll:

- processes the field payroll and acts as the first point of contact for all field payroll topics.


Commission scheme - Review commission scheme with the HR Director on a quarterly basis, feedback, and recommend any adjustments to the scheme to ensure fairness and enable us the remain competitive in the market.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • HR Diploma or similar
  • PC literate (MS Office, SAP, in particular)
- knowledge of UK labour law

  • Experienced in working with Retail teams
  • Good relationships builder
  • Trustworthy, reliable, flexible
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
