Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Carry out admin works as identified by Drain Department Manager.
  • Carry out WINCAN CCTV reporting
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of important files
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office equipment operation
  • Knowledge of data entry principles and practices
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
