This role will work alongside the UPP Commercial Team and will be responsible for the reporting and analysing the monthly performance submission (PMMS) that are submitted for each site.

The role will also ensure the ongoing certification of UPPS ISO9001 including maintaining the quality manuals, rolling out training and awareness as well as planning the audits and ensuring actions are recorded and tracked through to completion,

Roles and Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Review all monthly performance monitoring submissions (PMS) by site and produce relevant reports.
  • Using a risk based approach conduct performance management audits at all operational sites and complete audit report s with the relevant General Managers to ensure operation standards are maintained and URSL achieve compliance with the Service Level Agreements.
  • Analyse data with UPPs CAFM system to identify trends and work with sites to drive improvements
Certification Management

  • Responsible for supporting on the management of the UPP quality management system and ongoing certification including manuals, training and awareness and audit partner management.
  • Review, analyse, and interpret performance data/trends and produce statistics and reports.
  • Conduct internal quality management audits for Residential Services, preparing the relevant audit reports and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure all departments policies and process align with UPPs quality manual
  • Prepare sites and internal functions for external audits to the standard through training and review, self assessments and providing on the day support where necessary.
  • Support delivery of the Standard Operating Procedures including participation in reviews, collating, and acting on feedback, the variation process and implementation tracking.
  • Drive improvements across the portfolio through tracking of actions and improvements and sharing best practice across the business.
