£25,000 - £27,000
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience in account management, ideally from a public sector background
The Client:
Tech start-up created by students, for students, to combat loneliness and poor mental health at university.
They offer a match making service, as an easy way for like-minded students to meet across campus and build real-life friendships.
The Role:
As Partnerships Manager, you will help to manage and expand the company's client base.
They currently work with a number of the UK's top universities and are only looking for that to significantly grow over the next 3-12 months.
You will be the company's first Account / Partnerships Manager, working directly with the Founder / CEO.Responsibilities:
- Meeting with senior members of staff at universities and student unions to win new business
- Manage contract renewals diagnose, prioritise and negotiate challenges, pricing & marketing
- Building relationships with multiple stakeholders at the university to understand their biggest pain points and needs to help with sales and renewals
- Identifying any blockers to student acquisition and agreeing joint marketing promotions to maximise student acquisition and partner success
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Share data reports and presentations with customers
- Upselling of new features and products to existing customers
- Feedback learnings to the Product Team so we can develop the app to increase further revenue
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in Sales or Account Manager experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Good customer service/people skills (over the phone and in person)
- Strong use of initiative, problem solving and analytical skills
