The role

As a Part Time Administrator, You will be enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an excellent level of service both internally and externally.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential and a background in administration is desirable.

Who you are

Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel

What you'll do

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration
Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved
Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously and professionally
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
Arrange training for colleagues
Ensuring all spreadsheets and online systems are up to date
