£35k - £40k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.

You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out viewings, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion.

Skills:
The skills required for thisLettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Experienced residential Lettings Agent
Superior sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Knowledge of Pinnerand the surrounding area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
