The Early Intervention and Mediation Service Manager
Role:


As Early Intervention and Mediation Service Manager, you will lead the implementation and delivery of our new services aimed at preventing youth homelessness in Lambeth.


You will work with our clients and their families who have been identified as being at high-risk of experiencing youth homelessness, to provide short-term intervention and signposting for up to 6-weeks.


In addition, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to develop risk indicator matrix to enable early-identification of young people at risk of homelessness, as well as oversee training programme delivered to professionals acrossLambeth to use the tool to identify young people at risk of experiencing youth homelessness.


About our Early Intervention and Mediation Service Manager:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.

  • Significant experience of delivering high quality early intervention and mediation services for young people and families
  • Hold a minimum of a level 4 Interpersonal Mediation Practitioners' Certificate (or equivalent interpersonal mediation practitioners' qualification) and ideally a level 5 qualification
  • Experience of implementing and monitoring outcome or target driven projects
  • Demonstrable knowledge/understanding of the issues homeless young people and their families face, their support needs and how these might be met
