We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Business
Support Administrator, with a 'can-do' attitude, to join a fabulous financial organisation in their sociable Cardiff office.
Joining a great team, the Administrator will provide administrative support to various teams within the office and will assist with reception duties when needed.

Key responsibilities as the Business Support Administrator will include:
- Supporting the team with day to day administration
- Researching and organising travel and hotel accommodation
- Providing financial administration to the team (expenses, credit cards etc.)
- Preparing client correspondence
- Assisting in preparing prospect proposals and marketing
- Assisting with organising events and workshops
- Attending meetings and producing minutes if required
- Maintaining client database
- Meeting and greeting clients and preparing refreshments for client meetings
- General Receptionist duties when covering reception
- And more
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an office based administration role
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Client focused
- Strong administration skills
- Organised nature
- IT literacy solid MS Office skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Proactive team player
