Role:
HR & Payroll Administration Assistant
as part of thehalow project, a charity providing support to adults with learning disabilities.
Location:
Our head office is based in central Guildford where this role will be based.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, flexible working pattern)
Salary:
£13,800 (pro-rated from £23,000 based on 37.5 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 33 days pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays.

About The Role
We are seeking a
HR and Payroll Administration Officer to work across the HR and Finance Teams at
halow team to proactively deliver first class administrative support.
The nature of this role means that you must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Please note we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experience of working in an administration support role, with further experience of using accounting and payroll systems, knowledge of payroll, recruitment and onboarding processes, understanding the needs and motivation of volunteers, and further willingness to undertake monitoring, evaluation and reporting tasks, processing employee information to facilitate monthly payroll processing, ideally backed up by further training and experience.
