We have a job opening for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Dismantler at Reclamet. Previous experience in this industry is required.

Our company based in Birchington, Kent, is the leading dismantler of automotive parts.

Due to rapid expansion over previous years and with plans to continue this growth further in the future we are looking for a fresh, energetic and passionate Vehicle Mechanic.

To be considered for our Vehicle Mechanic / Dismantler role, you will need the following skills:

  • Finding and diagnosing faults using hand tools or a computer.
  • Advising on what repairs are needed.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and carry out regular maintenance.
  • Carry out road tests.
  • Check stock levels and update vehicle service records.
  • Work with high voltage batteries if you work on hybrid or electric vehicles.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
  • Good practical skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • To work well on your own and as part of a team
  • To be accurate and pay attention to detail

Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
