Legal Tech Support Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Legal Tech Client Support Lead based anywhere in the UK as long as you are nearby to one of their offices.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

Acting as "front of house" for their external Clients and their use of the legal tech solutions they provide them.
Leading the Legal Tech Client Support Team and ensuring a highquality service is provided to their Clients.
Working with their Clients to understand and take responsibility for their questions and/or problems and work with relevant parties to see these through to resolution.
Able to triage and problem solve issues to help identify appropriate solutions and next steps.
Where necessary, works with other internal Teams, Suppliers and/or our Offshore Development Team to progress solutions.
Owning and taking responsibility for maintaining a knowledge base
Taking a responsibility for having an awareness of product roadmaps to ensure the relevant transition takes place within the Team.
Helping to review/test new features prior to launching to Clients to ensure familiarisation and awareness within the Team.
Owning and embedding the onboarding process to ensure new tech solutions are transitioned into the Team and communicated accordingly.
Proactively reviews statistics and metrics to help identify areas for improvement and appropriately progresses these.

Experience Requirements:

Demonstratable experience of ITIL and best practice
23 years of team and people management experience
Communication skills
