Job responsibilities

Responsible for unbagging of the various clothing and count it back into cartons
Report any shortages/overs to the supervisor
Responsible for spotting and reporting any defects in clothing to the supervisor
Maintain a high level of awareness and attention to detail in a fastpaced environment
Perform tasks in accordance with time, quality, and quantity targets
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
Work with consistent speed and accuracy
Work towards improving productivity without compromising quality
Help and assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor
Assist and work in other areas within the business as and when required
Report any issues to the supervisor
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Work in other areas within the business as and when required
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
Ensure that Quality standard are achieved and maintained in all areas.
Fill in all work cards neatly and completely as well as any other required document.
Maximise efficiencies and performance across all machines and equipment.
Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained across all areas of the plant.
Have a proactive approach to Health and Safety and ensure adherence to procedures.
Ensure that the movement of material is transacted correctly and on time.
