Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a well organised Administrator to join our Operations team in Camberley.

You will be responsible for supporting a team of photographers delivering services to our clients; co-ordinating and scheduling their workload; understanding client requests and managing internal and external communications.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-organised co-ordinator to join Fourwalls; an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects including photography, floor plans, EPC's and CGIs.


Main responsibilities

  • Booking jobs from clients onto our online CRM system
  • Organising diaries for our network of employed and freelance photographers
  • Sending appointment confirmations and preparation guides to clients
  • Liaising with clients and other departments on photographers' availability
  • Following up outstanding orders
  • Working closely with the local Regional Photography Manager to improve the photographers utilisation and performance
  • Creating and monitoring Excel reports (e.g. utilisation report, EPC upload report) and informing the relevant departments of the results
  • Performing other office duties to assist the operations department from timetotime as needed

Experience Required

  • Proven experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
  • Experience of scheduling tasks, diary management, workforce planning essential

Report to Paige Ogden (General Operations Manager) in all of the above.


Location:
Flexible working from our offices in Camberley and from home


Hours: 40 hours per week (8.30am - 5.30pm)


Salary:
Ranging from £22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)


Contract:
Permanent


Holiday: 20 days (plus Bank holidays) will increase with each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days
