£90-120k + Bonus

London

Cobalt have exclusively partnered with a leading global Real Estate fund in a search for an ESG Manager to lead the technical and operational integration of ESG processes in Europe from their London headquarters.

This highly regarded investment manager operatesacross multiple asset classes, executing a successful Pan-European Property Investment model, which provides a unique platform for a skilled ESG professional to make a key difference to the current and future operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders within the property lifecycle and provide credible ESG advice and information
Develop and implementation of sustainability objectives in line with business and investment models and work towards improving the property investment portfolio
Due diligence work for/with the key investment teams
Training and raising awareness of departments and key individuals with regards to ESG implementation on all processes and systems
ESG checklists, monitoring of decarbonisation pathways, reporting on relevant emissions information and targets including GHG
Develop decarbonisation action plans and build models to track the progress of all investments

Key Skills

Previous experience with ESG/Sustainability within Real Estate or Built Environment
Prior knowledge in developing and implementing sustainability/ESG strategies
Expertise in ESG reporting and regulations including TCFD and SFDR
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders
Show a passion and long term interest in sustainability and ESG to be a credible influence/leader within this business
