Training Coordinator - Remote Home Working - £25,000
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruiting of a Training Coordinator.


Job Purpose:

The role would be to support the Senior Management Team to deliver Training Packages. The post holder will design, develop and deliver systems training to Practice Staff.

The post holder will deliver systems training to Staff.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident and comfortable sharing technical knowledge with a wide range of people, in a way that is easy to understand.

An abilityto produce clear and consistent written documentation including materials to support and enhance learning is also required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and training programmes.
  • Provide advice and guidance in relation to training and workforce development.
  • Maintain records, evaluate, prepare and deliver reports, briefings and presentations.
  • Involve, consult and coproduce learning activities with Senior Management Team
  • Undertake specific project work as required.
  • Proactively liaise, negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including managers, employees, customers, and partners.
  • Keep abreast of wider developments to enhance the service accordingly, to satisfy internal and external demands.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, legal requirements, statutory requirements, standing orders and financial regulations of the Council.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as requested by management.
  • Assist in promoting and maintaining their own and other's health, safety and security
  • Acting in a way that recognises the importance of people's rights, interpreting them in a way that is consistent with the practice procedures and policies and current legislation.
  • Experience in the coordination of training to a range of services/audiences
  • Experience of presenting information verbally, at meetings and by developing and delivering presentations and briefings.
  • Experience of providing advice and guidance to managers, employees and external customers is desirable
  • Experience of working in partnership and engaging with others to build productive working relationships.
  • High professional standards, including the ability to manage a challenging workload under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate individuals via variety of methods
  • Welldeveloped communication skills with the ability to present information verbally at meeting and by undertaking formal presentations and training.
