IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for SIA-licensed individuals to join our brand-new security company, as a Door Supervisor in Newmarket.

A minimum of 4hrs every Saturday starting at 8pm, with potential for over time during peak racing, sales & bank holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff;
• Monitor and control access to the premises;
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises and report as required;
• Respond quickly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies;
• Professionally handle difficult or unruly individuals;
• Provide excellent customer service on behalf of the company.

Experience:

• SIA licensed (required);
• First aid certification (required);
• Own transport (required);
• Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred but is not required (full training will be provided);

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations;
• Excellent observation and problemsolving abilities;
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time;
• A cando attitude to potential problemsolving;
• An ability to work as part of a diverse team.

£12.00-£14.00 per hour
