Position:

As a result of ongoing growth and success we are looking for a Inventory Controller to join our dedicated team.

What you'll be doing:

Produce high quality and detailed purchase orders in line with procurement requests and approved specifications
Produce high quality and detailed sales orders in line with fabrication lists and production commencement dates.
Updating of inventory status on the production plans to ensure a smooth flow of manufacture.
Review and assess stock levels to ensure minimum order levels are maintained.
Review stock levels prior to purchasing of all products to minimise spend where possible.
Creating and updating product part codes and vendor details in line with changes or price updates.
Provide reports as requested from the Inventory manager and Supply Chain Manager.
Receiving deliveries and dealing with Vendor queries.
Reporting of all stock discrepancies to line managers and suppliers and processing the return.
Create inventory count sheets for monthly stock taking purposes and review counted stock for discrepancies

Requirements:

You will have:

Previous stock control experience
Stores functions and layout
PO / SO / invoice knowledge

Other information:

Working hours:
8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday, 30 minute lunch
