We have a great opportunity for

Bell Hop to join our fantastic Concierge and Porters Team at Middle Eight.


Your duties will include:

• Work closely with the Concierge and Guest Service teams to maintain the standards of performance procedures to ensure that the department runs effectively and professionally, creating a welcoming environment and providing an extraordinary guest experience.
• Engage and build relationships with colleagues, regular guests, first time guests, residents and nonresidents, quickly assessing guest needs and flexing style appropriately.
• Establish close working relationships with all departments, hotel consultants, suppliers and head office support.
• Ensure that through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality, incredible experiences are created, and a great reception and welcome is delivered for everyone.
• 1 years' experience as Bellhop/Luggage Porter in a lifestyle, luxury environment.
• The ability to work with the team in the delivery of concierge, lobby, arrival and departure standards and extraordinary customer care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with everyone.

If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage:

• Knowledge and use of Protel or Protel Air PMS system.
• Ability to seek a foreign language.
• Passion for environmental, sustainability, charity, community or volunteering activities.

• Reporting to the Head Concierge, the role is fulltime, 40 hours per week, working to a flexible rota with a 30minut break included.
