Customer Service RepresentativeDuties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Salary:
From £28,000.00 per hour
