Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary:
From £28,000.00 per hour
