Product Sales Administrator - Part Time

Waltham Abbey

£18,300 per annum

30 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Our well-established national client are currently seeking a Product Sales Administrator to join their team based in Waltham Abbey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with strong administrative experience to join a friendly team working within awell established and progressive business.


Key Duties:


  • Point of contact for inbound orders and supporting with general enquiries from customers
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring that when our customers place orders, they are correct, and properly loaded onto the System
  • You will be a point of contact for customers, and work between the sales/account management team, and goods out.
  • Checking orders are correct and raise the sales invoices
  • You will build an understanding on how our products work and help customers structure efficient orders in terms of quantity and product mix
  • Updating customers on any 'longleadtime' or delays
  • Communicating product availability and delivery dates to customers
  • Accurate data entry and liaising with the Goods Out/Warehouse Team
  • Issuing packing lists/dispatch notes to Goods Out/ Warehouse
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders General

Responsibilities:


  • To maintain current document procedures through regular review as defined in the Quality Management System.
  • Raising nonconformances, planned deviations, changes, risks and improvements as required
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 requirements in testing and quality control procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience within an administrative/customer service role (at least 3 years)
  • Previous experience working within Private Sector Essential
  • Must be within 10 miles of Waltham Abbey
  • Be able to work on your own initiative with mínimal supervision
  • Able to manage workload
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Confident and clear communication skills both verbally and written
  • Computer competent (word, excel etc)
