Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a professional organisation based in Norwich for a Finance Assistant.Working as part of a fantastic team and reporting to the head of finance, the finance Assistant will play a pivotal part in the company accountingprocess.
This position is on a 12 month maternity cover contract.Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure supplier invoices are entered to Xero on a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with queries
- Prepare and bank income in Xero for miscellaneous sales
- Complete customer credit checks where applicable
- Maintain supplier accounts
- Support the head of finance with monthly management accounts preparation
Key Skills:
- Previous experience within the accounts department
- Good excel knowledge
- Good financial and business acumen
- Proactive with strong problemsolving skills
