Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a professional organisation based in Norwich for a Finance Assistant.

Working as part of a fantastic team and reporting to the head of finance, the finance Assistant will play a pivotal part in the company accountingprocess.

This position is on a 12 month maternity cover contract.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure supplier invoices are entered to Xero on a timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with queries
  • Prepare and bank income in Xero for miscellaneous sales
  • Complete customer credit checks where applicable
  • Maintain supplier accounts
  • Support the head of finance with monthly management accounts preparation

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within the accounts department
  • Good excel knowledge
  • Good financial and business acumen
  • Proactive with strong problemsolving skills
In return our client is offering a basic salary up to £22,500.
