Butler Rose are pleased to be partnered with a fantastic firm of accountants who are currently sitting within the top 20 UK firms.

This firm are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager to join their growing Audit team in their new Burnleyoffice.


This is a great time to be joining this firms audit team, as the assistant manager will have natural progression into management, as the audit team grows.


Duties:


  • Hands on with audit/accounts work as well as giving advice to more complex clients and technical day to day guidance.
  • Leading audit team through audit cycle, planning meetings.
  • The team will support the Assistant Manager to develop their managerial skills and lead other members of the team.
  • Experience at Senior level, some managerial experience/desire to be a manager, technical understanding of UK ISA's and FRS 10
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Ideally experience in leading/supervising a team whether that be as a manager at a small firm or as a Senior/Assistant Manager at a large firm.
