User Researcher | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | Private Sector


The User Researcher will be focused on supporting the scrum team throughout all phases of the project with an aim to help define clear future directions and design based on the evidence produced whilst also reporting these findings back to senior stakeholders in the business.

You will be doing this by: - Conducting interviews and workshops in line with a discovery to understand requirements.


REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Produce documentation from these findings to share with stakeholder
  • Consultancy experience
  • Experience in both Qualatitive and Quantitive research
  • Develop, test & iterate on a service management methodology.
  • There will be a requirement to run and attend in person workshops
  • Agile
  • A/B Testing
  • A solid grasp of UCD (User Centered design)
  • Service Management experience
  • Strategic
  • Experience working with senior stake holders
