Administration Assistant (Sales) - Kent - Permanent (Part Time)

ARM is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a company based in Kent on a permanent basis. This is a part time position; however, additional hours can be worked if required.

Responsibilities:

To build relationships with other local attractions, groups, and event promotors.
To take phone calls and answer customer queries, complaints, and rebookings.
To take bookings and to ensure customers and groups receive their tickets following payments.
To liaise with media, advertising suppliers, social media, promotional campaigns, and website management for the promotion of the company.
To create with the approval of the Managing Director and deals and promotions and publicise in the appropriate manner.
To administrate charters, supplies, catering, and staff roster to ensure good client experiences.
To administrate course bookings, supplies, and staff roster and to ensure RYA requirements are met.
To carry out admin tasks, such as daytoday banking, invoicing and returns, performance reporting and client submissions.
To attend trade shows and promotion days, face to face customer engagement at events, including ticket sales.

Requirements:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experienced in cash handling.
Strong communication skills.
Organised.
