Description
We are delighted to support our global training services client with their search for a commercial HR Business Partner. The key element of this role is to align business strategies across international sites.

This will be a full 360 role working within aglobal HR function with the opportunity to contribute to organisational design, workforce planning and supporting employee engagement.

You will partner with the global workforce, supporting senior leaders through a number of initiatives.


You will partner with key business leaders building highly effective strong relationships across a global workforce whilst embedding yourself within the business.

Supporting and managing organisational change, employee relations, restructures and acquisitionsand partnering your colleagues on a global scale to recruit new talent and providing key advice and recommendations.


Key global locations will include America and Hong Kong and any HR experience working within these countries would be advantageous for this role.


This role will give the individual the golden opportunity to create complete cohesion across various sites whilst working towards an innovative HR strategy.
