Learning Support Assistant - Barley Lane School
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Barley Lane School is a day special school. Our school provides education for up to 80 pupils aged 7-16 who benefit from small group and individualised learning.
Although we are a small school that teaches to the national curriculum, we supplement this with nurture principles and relational practice to build trust, emotional development and resilience.
We embrace a change us to change them model, understanding a culture of consistent adult behaviour is an essential piece of practice when supporting children and young people with complex needs.
We are located in the St Thomas area of Exeter and are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our increasing relational family to grow and thrive together.
