We have an exciting new role available working with our highly successful FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) team.

The FMCG industry is the UKs largest manufacturing sector so it's an exciting sector to establish a recruitment career in.

As well as supportingthe recruitment needs of the market-leading household brands we currently work with, you will also have the opportunity to build your own desk with a full training and development programme which will support you on your journey, involving a mixture of classroomand sales floor based training from our accredited in-house sales trainer.


Essential attributes for a career in recruitment:
Self-motivation: the ideal applicant will have a genuine desire to succeed, with a go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn

Persistence:
Regardless of your best efforts, unforeseen challenges will always arise in this industry. Recruitment requires a person who is optimistic, adaptable and can demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances

Skillset desired:
A minimum of 12 months' work experience in ideally a recruitment, sales or customer service based role
An excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
Resilient mind set and a competitive spirit, motivated both financially and professionally
Educated to a minimum of GCSE level
