Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service standards are met.
- Provide support to customers and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage customer accounts and records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the service team.
- Coordinate service activities with other departments.

£20,839.00-£22,011.00 per year
