Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Provide support to customers and staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage customer accounts and records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team.
  • Coordinate service activities with other departments.

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,839.00-£22,011.00 per year
