The role - As a
Multi Skilled you will betrained as a print assistant to support the printers on site. Working in a small team and then when needed to run a wicketting machine. Advertising due to continue growth of the company we need additional members to join our team.


This is a permanent position-Full Time working 4 on 4 off, alternating between 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Days and Nights
As well as a competitive salary, which is up to £27,998.88 per annum after full training training.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing all set up items, inks, sleeves etc ready for print.
• Responsible for washing units, conducting sleeve and blade changes in accordance with safe working practices.
• Ensure all raw material is loaded correctly, involves heavy lifting
• Covers the Printer on breaks, ensuring print quality is maintained, ensuring consumables are topped up as required.
• Offloading semi

- finished goods.

• Is responsible for maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, actively, acts when issues are identified.
• Completes quality checks and accurately records the output using the production system.
• Safely conducts PPM's in the area, assists the Engineer as required.
• Is responsible for completing various production, quality reports and trackers

Experience and Qualifications:

• Computer Literacy, including use of Radius [or other production system] and excel would be advantage, training can be provided.
• Previous experience of flexographic printing processes would be advantageous
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Take pride in their work, quality and cleanliness of the work area
• Organised, able to plan, prioritise and think ahead
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to multi skill into other areas.
