MANCHESTER

Reed HR are partnered with an amazing fast growing company to support the expansion of their team and are now searching for a HR Advisor for their Manchester site.

This is a HR Generalist role where you will be supporting the HR Manager in the development and administration of a professional and integrated HR strategy and plan that meets the business objectives.

If you have previous experience in a HR Consultant, HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Coordinator, Junior HR Advisor, HR Advisor and are now looking for a new role I would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Provide generalist advice under guidance from the HR Manager
Build strong relationships across the business to share best practice and provide mutual support and expertise
Provide support to the management team in all aspects of day to day employee relations
Prepare and run payroll reports
Accurate and timely input of information into the payroll system
Administrative support to the HR manager
Support the management team recruitment activity
Develop relationships with recruitment agencies
Assist with the development, delivery and evaluation of training and development
Promote, develop and carry out inhouse training
