The Role

A leading law firm with the most considerable conveyancing presence in the midlands is looking to add a talented Post Completion Assistant to their quality team in Birmingham.

The Responsibilities
The role will be focused on supporting the Post Completions Team on a range of matters, including:

Providing full support to our Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
Preparing correspondence using our case management system
Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
Administering filing systems will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Have excellent knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
Demonstrate initiative
Possess high levels of speed and accuracy
Have a suitable telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone and in person
Be highly organised, systematic and adaptable
