_Head of Financial Reporting_

  • Excited to partner on a high profile role within a market leading multisite Healthcare business, looking for a number two to the Head of Finance. If you want to work for a business that have a clear vision on how they can support people most at needthen this is a great opportunity for you._

The role:

  • Production of annual statutory Accounts and manage the annual audit and be responsible for all regulatory returns
  • Oversee financial reporting team and transactional teams
  • Robust balance sheet control
  • Cash and debt is correctly recorded and reconciled
  • Provide leadership over financial accounting matters, and ensure our finance systems and processes allow us to operate effectively with accurate and timely information
  • Drive process and control improvement

Your background:

  • Qualified Accountant with PQE (Could be an established "Head of" or Manger taking a step up
  • Strong blend of hands on technical and people skills to formulate appropriate controls
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills, a team leader and people developer
  • Ability to partner the senior leadership team
  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport and strong relationships quickly as well as present complex situations in a simple manner
  • Must be credible in front of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Problem solver as part of a cross functional solution, analytical with good attention to detail
