An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Coordinator to join this expanding office team within one of Nottingham's largest plumbing and heating companies based in their office in Nottingham.


THE ROLE
Reporting to the Office Manager the role will involve a multitude of tasks within this busy office.

You will be responsible for managing compliance for our customers which will involve booking in Gas Safety Certificates, making sure that these are completed within the specified time.

There is great opportunity for growth within this role.


THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude. You will need a lot of common sense, be comfortable working on your own and multitasking.


The key criteria are:

  • Experience working in a busy office
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Excellent IT and working computer knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
  • Plumbing/gas experience not required but knowledge of the industry from an Estate Agent perspective an advantage
  • A team player
This is a full time role within a dynamic and enjoyable office setting. We are an approachable team who offer support and training.

*SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE*
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
