Overview:


This role will partner with BU leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

The HRBP will own programs that run across the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.

You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.


Responsibilities:

  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization and sets an example as a proactive leader who earns respect by demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives/goals.
  • Exhibits influence and decisionmaking in the areas of leadership and management, change management and operational transformation, organization development and design, performance management, talent development, work force planning and employee engagement, relations and communications.
  • Coaches and influences leadership to drive cultural change and employee engagement.
  • Presents recommendations to address the people component of business issues. Identifies potential roadblocks and opportunities and leverages HR Centers of Expertise to provide input and solutions.
  • Partners with HR peers (Global and COEs) and clients to develop plans for implementation and communication of key HR processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning that add value and ensure organizational alignment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree in HR, OD, Business preferred

  • 58+ years' progressive Human Resources experience (preference to experience partnering with leaders/clients)
  • Proficiency with HRIS Systems

  • Understands how business priorities can be translated into an HR agenda that supports business growth.
  • Works in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Maintains effective internal and external customer service focus.
  • Understands business goals and recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR practices.
  • Strong depth of experience across the spectrum of HR activities, through operational roles and an indepth understanding of specialist disciplines within HR and their contribution to business success.
  • Credible HR professional who can interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience delivering results in a global environment.
  • Prior integration, reorganization and change management experience.
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, agile, and growthoriented environment

Percentage of Travel Required:
up to 25%
