Job summary
The Technical Support Leader will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a network of support within the EMEA region who will form part of the larger global team. This role involves creating, leading and mentoring a team of Technical Support Engineers within a matrix reporting structure. The Team leader should develop processes and tools for optimum team performance and efficiency Actively work to implement and publish metrics related to customer response time and issue resolution in relation to technical support.Job description
