Description

We are currently recruiting for a financial Court of Protection fee earner to work in the busy Court of Protection team based at our Halifax office.

All levels of experience will be considered.


You will possess the confidence and maturity to be able to deal with both vulnerable and clients with complex needs.

A positive 'can do' and flexible attitude towards your work is a must, you need to be able to respond to changing demand of the role.

Working knowledge of Court of Protection work is essential.


Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
