Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Planner or Senior Town Planner in Scotland


My client is an independent Town Planning and Development consultancy based in Fife who are looking to expand the team due to their ongoing and growing pipeline of work.


The Team offers a wide range of commercially focussed town planning services to meet every type of requirement, offering a tailored individual service.

With over 20 years of experience, my client has worked on a wide range and scale of projects across afull spectrum of sectors, including residential, infrastructure, retail, regeneration, strategic land and planning, green belt developments, and more


We are seeking applicants who possess the following:

  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualifications
  • Full chartership ideal, or in pursuit of the APC
  • Previous experience within the public or private planning sectors
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a desire to progress professionally
