PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Wisbech St Mary

Full-time, Permanent

Salary Circa £24-£28k (dependent on experience)

  • Do you have experience of managing the administrative aspects of multiple projects? Do you have excellent attention to detail? are you highly organised and a great communicator? If so, we may have just the job for you.
  • An exciting opportunity has arisen at FRP Group Holdings Ltd, based at our office in Wisbech, for an experienced Project Administrator. FRP works across multiple sectors and provides products and services, including prototyping, to the medical, automotive, and aerospace industries.
  • You must be highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Access, Word, and Excel.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of all project admin for multiple projects, this will include:

  • Responding promptly to all new requests for quotations and making sure that all the paperwork is set up quickly to allow the Project team to issue a quote, through to processing all the required documents once an order is received.-
  • Ensuring that communication is actioned quickly as each project progresses and customers are kept up to date on when their projects will be completed and delivered to them.-
  • Working closely with other members of the Project Team to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all PA tasks in a timely manner-
  • Dealing with the raw material requirements of a project and liaising with the project team, customers, and suppliers to ensure the correct grade(s) are available at the right time-
  • Chasing suppliers to ensure they are on track for delivery of parts to meet the customer required delivery date
  • Ensuring all Project Review meetings take place on a regular basis.
  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate confidently and succinctly when explaining project requirements to other departments and staff. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise and effectively manage your own time.
  • You must be able to listen carefully and take instruction, understanding typical Project Administrator requirements and be able to document and communicate actions to ensure smooth handover between FRP, customers and suppliers.

  • First Interviews will be conducted via Teams, with second interviews to be conducted on site.

  • Essential requirements
  • Experience in a similar Project Administrator role
  • Understanding of different customer requirements across multiple highly regulated
sectors/markets

  • MS Office proficiency (in particular Access, Word, and Excel)
  • English Language Grade B or higher at GCSE / 'O' Level
