Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries and solve problems.
- Provide information to customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate with fellow representatives, managers, and supervision staff.
- Follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
This role progresses through a training matrix in a higher paid higher skilled role
This role is within the debt advice and help industry
You will be working on an automated dialler
Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm
Friday 9am to 3pm
No Weekends (ever)

From £17,500.00 per year
