The Medical Education department is seeking to appoint a Medical Education Assistant to support the delivery curriculums for medical learners across Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible team player who has excellent IT and communication skills.


In this busy office environment, you must be able to adapt to change, be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate an ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a wider of the team


If you have previous experience in an administrative role and can manage a diverse and ever-changing workload, we would love to hear from you.


The post holder will provide support to the day-to-day work of the Postgraduate Department of Medical Education for Psychiatry in providing necessary data/information required to ensure the provision of education/training.


The post holder will be expected to deal with the initial stages of all enquiries, and where appropriate, follow the query through to conclusion after clarification of the necessary points with the either the Education Administrators or Education Manager.


The medical education department is committed to providing a professional service to the highest quality standards that can be achieved.

The post holder will play an important part in the achievement of these standards.


The post holder will have particular responsibility to provide administrative services mainly to both the undergraduate and postgraduate activities of the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust.
